Student Ministries
Truth Student Ministries is the student Ministry at Bellevue Christian Church. TSM exists to be a relevant ministry to students in the north boroughs of Pittsburgh, providing them with opportunities to meet the living God and grow as His disciples. On Tuesday nights we offer our mid-week worship experience, IMPULSE. Throughout the week we offer opportunities for students to grow deeper in their knowledge through Quest groups. We frequently offer students the opportunity to put their faith into action through Force 1:8, our student outreach ministry.

WORSHIP :: IMPULSE 3:16
IMPULSE is a safe place where students can come together and experience vibrant live worship and relevant teaching in a relaxed and casual atmosphere designed specifically for 7-12th grade students. At IMPULSE, we talk about issues that students deal with every day. We believe that following Jesus is not just an idea, it’s practical. The Bible is relevant to everyday situations and relationships. Our goal is to communicate the truth of God’s word in a way that connects to where a student “lives.” We use talks, music, media, and discussion to challenge students where they’re at. DISCIPLESHIP :: THE QUEST
Many students are on a quest to find out what it means to be a sold-out follower of Jesus. Our Quest Groups allow students to do that in a safe, casual atmosphere. Led by caring adults, Quest Groups are the place where students come together with other students to talk about real-life issues they face. During these discussions they will dig into God’s Word, find it’s relevance for their lives today and talk about how God’s plan impacts them where they are today.

OUTREACH :: FORCE 1:8
At Truth Student Ministries at Bellevue Christian Church, service to God and His people is something we value. Understanding our call to love God and love others we seek opportunities to put our faith into action. One of our key partners is His Place. His Place is the urban outreach project of the Pittsburgh area Christian Churches. His Place exists to enrich the lives of children, teens, families and the homeless on the North Side of Pittsburgh through programs based on Biblical principles designed to meet their physical, educational, economic and spiritual needs. Truth Student Ministries partners with His Place in their ministry to Pittsburgh’s homeless population through frequent outreach opportunities.
